Our body is also made up of these five elements. These five elements are related to our five senses of smell, taste, hearing, touch and sight. Any imbalance in our internal and external Vastu translates into an unhappy situation. Vastu teaches the individual to live in balance and harmony with these five elements. It is the science of arrangement of the above said five elements in a particular place. All these elements are in each and every piece of object be it a building, a body or the whole of universe.
